Kevin’s
practical experience is further supported by his

Higher degree in The Management of Organisations
(Hull University). Member of the Hotel, Catering
and International Management Association. Post
Graduate Certificate in Education.
City and Guilds of London Institute. 147, 150, 156,
151, 152, 435.
Licensed Trade Development Diploma.
Kevin was a Senior Examiner for Professional Cookery
for City and Guilds of London Advanced Examinations,
a Judge at many Salon Culinaires, including Hotelympia.
For several years led a team of British Chefs sent
to France to prepare ‘The best of British’
for a group of distinguished guests, which included
the President of France.
He also has the unique honour of having been invited
by the Isle of Man Government to create a set of
recipes, which were published as postal stamps and
approved by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
